United Radio Service was the first service center in the Eastern United States to achieve the Certified Service Center status.

We are warranty authorized for all manufacturers listed below and, for many, operate as their regional depot with the same empowerment as a factory service center. Effective January 3rd, 2012 our out of warranty repair and shipping rates will be changing. In addition, all out of warranty repairs will charged a $40 bench fee to cover diagnostic time and expenses. This fee will be credited towards the unit repair. Our New Rates are available HERE. |

Effective October 1st, 2011 United Radio Consumer Electronics will no longer use COD as a payment method. We accept MasterCard and Visa, check or money order. You may open an account with us by filling out a Credit Application and mailing or faxing it to our accounting department.
