If you need to obtain your Dealer ID Number please call 800-634-8606 Effective January 3rd, 2012 our out of warranty repair and shipping rates will be changing. In addition, all out of warranty repairs will charged a $40 bench fee to cover diagnostic time and expenses. This fee will be credited towards the unit repair. Our New Rates are available HERE.
